These General Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products on the website timelessvalue.eu (the "Website") operated by NOBLIME CONCEPTS BIU LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These Terms apply to all purchases made by consumers and customers ("you", "Customer") on the Website.
The Website operates as an online store for resale / secondhand items. We act as the reseller and contract directly with you as the seller. The Website is not a marketplace.
3. PRODUCTS (SECONDHAND ITEMS) – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
3.1 Nature of products
All products sold on the Website are curated resale / secondhand items unless stated otherwise. Secondhand items may present minor signs of wear consistent with their previous use.
3.2 Product descriptions
We take care to describe items accurately, including relevant details and known visible imperfections where applicable. Product photos are provided for illustration purposes only. Colors and appearance may vary depending on device display.
3.3 Availability
All items are offered subject to availability. As most items are unique, an item may become unavailable once sold.
4. ORDER PROCESS
4.1 Placing an order
You may add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
4.2 Order confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We recommend keeping this confirmation for your records.
4.3 Right to refuse or cancel an order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment,
- incorrect or incomplete information,
- an obvious pricing error,
- stock or fulfillment issues.
If an order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
5.1 Prices
All prices are displayed on the Website in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment.
5.2 Payment method
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND TRACKING
6.1 Shipping origin
Orders are shipped from France (Paris) when applicable.
6.2 Delivery
Delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping fees are displayed during checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier constraints.
6.3 Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent by email after dispatch.
6.4 Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the parcel to you or to a third party designated by you.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
7.1 Legal right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online within the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive the item. This right applies to online purchases, including secondhand goods.
If you are not informed about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period may be extended as provided by law.
7.2 How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days of delivery by email at: hello@timelessvalue.eu
You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 12, but this is not mandatory. A clear statement by email is sufficient.
7.3 Refund timing
If you withdraw, we will refund the item price (and the initial standard delivery cost, where applicable) within 14 days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal.
We may delay the refund until we receive the returned item or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
8. RETURNS POLICY (PROCESS AND CONDITIONS)
We encourage thoughtful purchasing, as we are a curated small business and returns are resource-intensive. Eligible returns are accepted in accordance with the right of withdrawal described above.
8.1 Return request
To request a return, you must email hello@timelessvalue.eu within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
8.2 Return approval and return address
We will provide return instructions and the correct return address after your request. The return address may be located in Paris, Spain, or Cyprus depending on logistics.
8.3 Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer. Returned parcels must be shipped with tracking. If a parcel is lost or damaged during return shipping, the sender must handle the courier claim.
8.4 Condition requirements
You may try your purchase on as you would in a store, but it must be returned in the same condition as received. The item must be:
- unworn
- unaltered
- clean
- free from new marks, stains, odours, or damage
- returned with any original labels, packaging, or accessories (where applicable)
If an item is returned used or damaged beyond normal handling, we may apply a reasonable value deduction or refuse the return if the item is no longer sellable.
8.5 Inspection
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions.
9. EXCLUSIONS / NON-ACCEPTED RETURNS
Returns may not be accepted for:
- personalised or altered items,
- items returned in significantly worse condition,
- business or commercial purchases (B2B).
10. LEGAL GUARANTEES
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights.
If you believe an item is defective or not as described, please contact us at hello@timelessvalue.eu and we will review your request in accordance with applicable law.
11. LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational loss, arising from the use of the Website or purchase of products, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the Website. Data is processed for order fulfillment, payment processing, shipping, customer support, and legal or accounting obligations.
