Shipping Information
We are a small, curated business and handle each order with care. For this reason, we do not ship daily, but dispatch orders several times per week.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within up to 3 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Estimated delivery times are based on our experience and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions:
- France: approximately 3–5 business days
- Europe: approximately 5–9 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking & Insurance
All shipments are sent with tracking and are fully insured. This allows you to follow your parcel at every stage of delivery and ensures protection in the rare event of a shipping issue.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
While rare, delays or lost parcels can occasionally occur due to carrier-related circumstances.
If a parcel appears delayed, we kindly ask for your patience, as shipments may sometimes be held or delayed before continuing their journey and still be delivered successfully.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping provider in writing, we will issue a refund. Please note that refunds can only be processed once the carrier has confirmed the parcel as lost, as parcels may reappear and be delivered after extended delays.
Pickup & Showroom Visits (Paris)
Pickup in Paris is available by appointment. Private showroom visits are also available by appointment, with a minimum spend of €500.
