Returns Policy
We kindly encourage thoughtful purchasing. As a curated small business, each piece is carefully selected, handled, and shipped with attention to detail. Unnecessary returns create a significant environmental and logistical impact, and we ask customers to order mindfully.
Many of our pieces retain their value well and can often be resold on platforms such as Vestiaire Collective, Vinted, eBay, Leboncoin, or similar reputable resale marketplaces.
That said, consumers are of course entitled to their statutory rights, outlined below.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at hello@timelessvalue.eu within 14 days of delivery. The notification alone is sufficient; no approval is required.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, the item must be returned without undue delay.
A model withdrawal form is provided below; its use is optional.
Return Instructions
After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will confirm receipt and provide the designated return address. Depending on logistics, returns may be handled via our locations in Paris, Spain, or Cyprus.
To avoid delays or misdelivery, we recommend returning the item to the address communicated by us.
If a return is sent to a different address and cannot be received or clearly identified, this may delay the processing of the refund.
If no return address is provided within a reasonable time, the item may be returned to our registered business address.
Condition of Returned Items
Items are shipped in the condition described at the time of sale. You may handle and try on the item only as you would in a physical store, solely to assess fit, appearance, and suitability.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, meaning:
- unworn
- unaltered
- clean
- free from new marks, stains, odours, or damage
- returned with any original labels, packaging, or accessories (where applicable)
If an item shows handling beyond what is necessary to assess it (for example signs of wear, damage, odours, stains, or alterations), we reserve the right to apply a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect the loss in value, as permitted by EU law.
If the item has been handled in a way that renders it unsellable, the refund may be significantly reduced, up to the residual value of the item.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- All returns must be sent with tracking
- The customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us
- If a return parcel is lost or damaged in transit, the customer must resolve the claim with the courier
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Once we receive the returned item (or proof of return), the refund will be processed within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer law. We may withhold the refund until the item has been received and inspected.
Standard outbound shipping costs are refunded. Any additional shipping upgrades selected by the customer are non-refundable.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalised or custom-altered items
This returns policy applies to consumer purchases only. Orders placed clearly in a business-to-business context (for example using a valid VAT ID and business details) are excluded from consumer withdrawal rights.
