Returns Policy

We kindly encourage thoughtful purchasing, as we are a curated small business. Each piece is handled with great care, and unnecessary returns are resource-intensive.

Many of our pieces retain their value well and can often be resold easily on platforms such as Vestiaire Collective, Vinted, eBay, Leboncoin, and other reputable resale marketplaces.

However, if you do need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.

Requesting a Return

Please email hello@timelessvalue.eu within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

• We will provide return instructions and the correct return address (Paris, Spain, or Cyprus depending on logistics).
• Once a return is requested, the item should be shipped back promptly.

Condition Requirements

Items are shipped in the condition described. You may try your purchase on as you would in a store, but it must be returned in the same condition as received, meaning:

• unworn
• unaltered
• clean
• no new marks, stains, odours, or damage
• with any original labels, packaging, or accessories (where applicable)

If an item is returned used or damaged beyond normal handling, we cannot refund the full amount. A reasonable value deduction may be applied, or the return may be refused if the item is no longer sellable.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
• Returns must be tracked
• If the parcel is lost or damaged during return shipping, the sender must handle the courier claim

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Exclusions

Returns may not be accepted for:

• personalised / altered items
• items returned in significantly worse condition
• business / commercial purchases
